At Impact Coaching School, we provide a transparent results-based refund policy for our 3-Day Live Mentorship.
To ensure fairness and prevent misuse, the following terms apply equally to every participant, without exceptions.

1. Eligibility for Refund — Results-Based Guarantee

A refund is available ONLY if the following two conditions are met:

Condition A — You Implement 100% of the System Exactly as Taught

The participant must:

• Build the product using the method taught

• Use the correct minimum pricing

• Use the correct daily ad budget

• Run ads for the exact required duration

• Use the exact landing page structure provided

• Upload creatives as per guidelines

• Not modify any steps taught in the system

Any deviation disqualifies eligibility.

Condition B — You Still Do Not Get Results

After full, correct implementation:

• If the ads do not produce results

• you didnt get a sale

• And the funnel does not convert

• AND you can prove everything was implemented correctly

Only then will the refund be considered.

2. Proof Required for Refund Consideration

To apply for a results-based refund, the participant must submit ALL of the following:

1. Product made using the research method taught

2. Landing page link (unchanged structure)

3. Ad creatives made exactly as taught

4. A screen-recording showing ad spend from Campaign → Adset → Ads

5. Minimum required daily budget (Price × 3) spent for minimum required days

6. No changes made during the learning phase

7. Funnel run as taught without removing sections

8. multiple product testing

If any required proof is missing, altered, or incorrectly implemented, the refund claim becomes invalid.

3. Not Eligible for Refund

A participant does not qualify for a refund if:

• They lower the product price

• They change budgets frequently

• They run ads for fewer days

• They use wrong creatives

• They modify the landing page

• They don’t provide full ad spend proof

• They apply for refund without completing implementation

• They apply after the verification window

• didn’t test multiple products

Incorrect implementation = No eligibility.

4. Verification Process (Strict & Unbiased)

Every claim undergoes complete verification:

• Checking your landing page

• Checking your ad spend

• Checking your creatives

• Checking your budgets

• Checking your run time

• Checking your product pricing

• Checking your funnel structure

This verification is the same for all students.
No exceptions or special cases.

5. Time Window for Refund Request

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the 3 days live end date AND only after full implementation.

Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

6. Final Decision Clause

Once the verification team completes the review and issues a decision:

The decision is final and there will be no further discussion.

This ensures fairness, transparency, and consistency.

7. Support Commitment

Even if the refund is not applicable, we remain committed to:

• Helping you fix mistakes

• Guiding you on proper implementation

• Providing clarity and direction

• Ensuring you can still achieve results

You are never left unsupported.
