Refund Policy – Impact Coaching School

At Impact Coaching School, we provide live mentorship programs, workshops, and digital learning services focused on education, skill development, and practical implementation. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any payment.
1. Nature of Our Services
All programs offered by Impact Coaching School are digital services and live mentorship programs, not physical products. Once access to a live program or digital content is provided, the service is considered initiated.
2. General Refund Rule
As a general rule, payments once made are non-refundable, except where a conditional result-based refund is expressly stated in this policy.
Refunds are not automatic and are not provided by default.
3. Conditional Result-Based Refund
(Applicable only to the 3-Day Live Mentorship Program – ₹4,997)
We offer a conditional, performance-based refund for the 3-Day Live Mentorship Program, subject to strict fulfillment of all eligibility conditions listed below.
This conditional refund does not constitute a guaranteed or automatic refund and is subject to verification of eligibility.
Eligibility Conditions
A refund request will be considered only if ALL of the following conditions are met:
a) Full Attendance
The participant must attend all three live days of the mentorship program in full.
b) Complete Implementation
The participant must implement all core action steps taught during the live mentorship, as explained during the sessions.
c) Proof of Implementation
Verifiable proof of implementation (such as screenshots, links, dashboards, or other requested evidence) must be submitted.
d) No Results Despite Proper Execution
The participant must demonstrate that no meaningful results were achieved despite full attendance and proper implementation.
e) Submission Timeline
A refund request along with complete proof must be submitted within 7 days of completion of the mentorship program.
f) Verification
All submissions will be reviewed objectively by our team based on the stated eligibility conditions before any decision is made.
If all conditions above are satisfied and verified, the refund will be processed.
4. Situations Where Refunds Are NOT Applicable
Refunds will not be granted in any of the following cases:

Partial or non-attendance of live sessions

Failure to implement the strategies taught

Incomplete, selective, or incorrect implementation

Failure to submit proof within the specified timeline

Change of mind or personal reasons

Lack of time, interest, or consistency

Dissatisfaction due to expectations beyond the program scope

Accessing recordings without live participation
5. Other Programs and Digital Products
All other offerings by Impact Coaching School, including but not limited to:

Entry-level workshops

Digital products
-
Recordings
-
Toolkits
-
Bundles
-
Templates
-
Services
are strictly non-refundable.

Requests submitted outside the defined timeline or without the required proof will not be considered.
